I guess if they will no longer market MS Fortran, that means that the "old"
versions must now be free for anyone to distribute free.  I would challenge
your bookstore with this problem and see if they or MS will give you the
permission to distribute old "irrelevant" software that they no longer want
to sell.  In other words, push them to sell it or let us distribute free.
