Dear DSSAT members,

I'm Juanito Maloom of Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) and
presently taking up Masters of Science (MS) in Agrometeorology in the
University of the Philippines at Los Banos (UPLB). I want to solicite your
opinions/ideas regarding my proposed study/thesis in my MS program which
entitled: INTEGRATING REMOTELY SENSED DATA WITH CROP GROWTH MODELS TO
PREDICT RICE YIELD IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, PHILIPPINES. I have
already done on the introduction, objective and the review of related
literature, my only problem is in the methodology part (particularly on the
integration of RS and crop growth models).

Thank you very much and I hope that you can help me in my study.

I am now studying the DSSAT 4.0.2 version. Also I have a problem in running
the DSSAT Weatherman in Windows Vista.

Very truly yours,

JUANITO M. MALOOM
Science Research Specialist I
