Dear Zachary Christman,
Have you checked the National Archives of Ireland? If you have, sorry
for duplicate information; and I'm not sure if this will give you the
spatial information you desire:

Greetings,
a colleague of mine is in search of census information for Ireland, with
shapefiles comparable to the TIGER files of the United States. Is such
a thing publicly available? I have browsed the Central Statistics
Office (www.cso.ie <http://www.cso.ie>) and found tables sorted by
sections of cities, but
no delimitations of these regions.
If anyone has any ideas or sources, we would be very grateful.
Zachary Christman
