Sustainable & Organic Aquaculture and Vermicomposting for Small Farms


The nuts and bolts of fish and worms: join us for a full day on August 24
and a half-day on the 25th for a special, hands-on workshop on sustainable
aquaculture and vermicomposting at Fort Valley State University (FVSU).
Learn from an all-star panel of instructors with the experience to answer
all of your questions about setting up a profitable fish farming operation
with an eye toward organic production. Instructors include Patricia Duncan,
PhD, Aquaculture Extension Specialist at FVSU; Will Allen, director of
Growing Power; and Erika Allen, an expert on community project design and
