I have received a suggestion to change the horticulture plant i.d. contests
at the Georgia National Fair.  The suggested change is to use disorders as
tiebreakers in the contests.  I am also responsible for the hort id
contests at the Augusta Fair and if the change is adapted, may use
disorders at Augusta.  I would like to hear comments from the teachers
whose students participate in these events.
