Woody Plant Identification Workshop

Wednesday, August 4, 2004
 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The University of Georgia - Griffin Campus
Stuckey Auditorium
Griffin, GA

       You are invited to attend a  hands-on plant identification workshop
on the Griffin Campus of The University of Georgia.  Classroom instruction
and field viewing of plants will be used to help you learn to identify
over 30 trees, shrubs and woody vines commonly used in landscapes.
Landscapers preparing for the upcoming Landscape Professional
Certification Exam will particularly benefit from this workshop.

       Your registration fee includes hand-outs, lunch, refreshments
throughout the day,  and instruction by University of Georgia faculty.
Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for summer  heat, humidity
and possibly showers.

       Registration begins at 8 a.m.  Please arrive early so the session
can begin on time.
