Thursday, January 27th the Georgia Green Industry will be hosting Georgia’s
premier horticulture conference at the Classic Center in Athens.  As in the
past, teachers will have the opportunity to earn 1 plu by participating in
the conference.  Again this year, GGIA is opening its doors to your
students along with conducting a nursery landscape plant identification
competition for FFA members.

Show Badge Pickup)
                                  All teachers & students must be present
at this time


                        9:30 Tour of University of Georgia Agriculture
Facilities and Programs

                        11:30 Lunch (on your own)

                        Noon  Industry Connections Trade Show
Demonstrations of Landscape Construction

                        2:00 FFA Nursery/Landscape Plant ID Contest

* Note: teachers attending without students may opt to attend conference
educational breakout sessions instead of tour of UGA Agriculture Facilities
and plant id contest.


Registration information:

Registration is limited to 10 FFA members per teacher.
For those teachers and students who preregister by January 5th conference
