We are having some issues with a change-over of the Ag Ed server
to a new unit. This has caused a slow-down of the report system
and in some cases teachers have been unable to submit reports. I
would imagine this is a particularly bad problem for dial-up.

We are working to determine where the problem is and hope to
have it running normally in a few days.
