You can access state health open enrollment through by going directly to:
www.oe2008.ga.gov

EVERYONE WHO CURRENTLY HAS HEALTH INSURANCE (NO MATTER WHEN HE/SHE
ENROLLED) MUST GO THROUGH THE ONLINE PROCESS EVEN IF NO CHANGE IN COVERAGE
IS DESIRED.   Anyone who does not do so will be assessed the monthly
tobacco surcharge (and possibly the spousal charge).

A couple of pointers:

When you first go on the site, you must "register" and select a password
before you can log in for the enrollment process.

Please read each screen carefully and follow the directions exactly.

Extremely important.....you must click Confirm to finalize your election,
and you should print out the final page with the confirmation number on it.

Refer to Page 5 of the Decision Guide for more detail on the steps to
follow.  The guide is on the website or you can get hard copies from school
office.
