Two thoughts:
1. If the map you showed is available in PDF, you can open it in
Illustrator and select the imagery layer separately. The resolution
may be too low for you , though.
2. Natural Earth, by Tom Patterson:
http://www.shadedrelief.com/natural/. It is unprojected
(Plate-Caree), but can be reprojected using GIS software of various
types.
