Hello, all...
I have a faculty request for help identifying electronic versions of various national atlases. While the U.S. has its atlas online, what about other countries, esp. developing countries? In particular, has anyone compiled a central site with easy links to available e-atlases? The professor has an upcoming course on "Urban environmental geography" in which she'd like students to select a city or urban region and report on the "big 5" spheres: Geosphere, Atmosphere, Hydrosphere, Biosphere, and Anthrosphere. While many may choose a North American city, there are numerous foreign students who may prefer to tackle something "closer to home"--hence the idea of accessing national atlases that they can use.
