Dear all,
Here is the answer to my previous question:

DSSAT v2.1 was released for the first time in 1989. The proper citation would be:

IBSNAT. 1989.  Decision Support System for Agrotechnology Transfer, version 2.1.  User Guide.  IBSNAT Project. Dep of Agron and Soil Sci, College of Trop Agr and Human Resour, University of Hawaii, Honolulu, HI. USA. 322 pp.
