Before we all go looking for missing maps in topo
series, is there any evidence that these border-area
Marri-Bugti/DGK 15-minute quads 39G/12,15,16 were ever
published by pre-independence Survey of India? Could
Jerry Thornton please indicate the source of his
information to that effect, if it is any more specific
than the notional quad-allocation diagram 39 in Survey
of India sales catalogues?
Always ready to enter into non-list correspondence over
Survey of India publication practice.
