Again, I'm not a librarian. But speaking as a serious data user, I can say
this-->
The so-called VMAP (vector smart map level 0) is a trivial variant of DCW
(digital chart of the world). It is essentially worthless even at a mere $80
or so. The claimed "improvements" are *emphatically* poor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR
MONEY.
