Our beautiful copy has minor crinkling in the bottom outside corner of
the first and last pages. I don't think it arrived this way but has
perhaps occurred over time, from use. We put ours out on an atlas stand
right by the front door and it's like a magnet. People are really drawn
to all those bright colors, beautiful pictures and shiny silver edges.
Some people even notice the maps.

Our Royal Blue copy has some damaged pages at the corners where the reinforced metal corner pieces are. Most of the damage is on the heavy stock end paper on the first and last pages of the atlas.

Hello,
We recently purchased the Earth Atlas (Royal Blue - 2000 copies edition)
from Millennium House for our library and the first two and last two
pages near the metal reinforced edges have been damaged a bit. Has
anyone who purchased this atlas had a similar problem with page corners
getting caught under the reinforced edges?
Thanks,
-Greg
