Hmm...I'm surprised you didn't try to get them translated.

I figure "adharens" is really "adhaerens"
Then Casar just might be "Caesar"
Francfordia just might be Francfordiae.
tibi would make more sense after Frankford.

Could it be absolutae here?  It's less likely with misericordiae spelled correctly.  But if so, "This work is in the year of absolute mercy."  But then 1605 is "in the year of mercy and patience."

If it is definitely absoluta, I don't know what it's doing there...
