http://164.214.2.59/gns/html/index.html will work.
Note that NIMA changed their numerical address (formerly ended
in a "3" instead of a "9" and they don't seem to have associated
the domain name www.nima.mil with the new address (or they just
decided to stop using it). Since they're not using an
alphabetical name, I guess we have to updated our links every
time the numerical address changes.
