We have received many requests for information about which Fortran compilers
we use for the CROPGRO, CERES, SUBSTOR, CROPSIM, and other crop simulation
models. In the next release of DSSAT all crop models will be compiled with
Compaq Visual Fortran. Below you will find the latest press release of
COMPAQ that provides additional information about the latest version of CVF.
