Subject: Looking for 1950 Seattle and Vicinity SuDocs

I am looking for a Superintendent of Documents (SuDocs) call number for
a 1950 Seattle and Vicinity (24,000 scale) map published in 1957. This
one is different in that it is very large and not the normal size of a
7.5 minute series.
I am having difficulty finding the reference number part of the call
number since it is not found in GPO's Classification Manual (at least
not these coordinates). As you know the reference number is based on the
coordinates for minutes and seconds. In this case the coordinates are:
47 Degrees 25' 00" and 122 Degrees 10' 00"
I could not find 25'00" 10'00" in the Classification Manual.
I tried looking for a call number for the map in the 1957 and 1958
MOCAT, tried the MOCAT Subject Headings, 1900 - 1971 and couldn't find a
call number for the map.
How do I determine the reference number for this particular map?
Any help you can give me would be most appreciated.
