Aloha Ross Togashi:
I have a copy of the Terrain Intelligence Report #109 by the US
Geological Survey and US Army Corps of Engineers on Ponape. It is scanned,
but is over 87,000 mb long, so I will have to send it on a File Transfer
Protocol, something I don't know how to do.
Please send me your e-mail address and the e-mail of the person
wanting the publication, and I'll try to get the computer people to work on
it. If this fails, I may have to send you a DVD copy, so I will also need
your snail mail address and that of the patron as well.
Because it is over-sized, the USGS Library can't make a copy. If you
are in a hurry, a document delivery company, such as the American Geological
Institute, can get it for you quickly. See:

Good luck and best regards,

Hi there Maps-L,
A librarian in Micronesia is searching for the following atlas and we are
trying to assist in getting her a photocopy/scan. If anyone has a copy and
is willing to ILL to us, please let me know. We've already tried the local
Army COE, and USGS offices with no luck.
Ponape, including Pakin and Ant Islands (Carolines) : terrain intelligence
/ prepared by Geological
Survey, U.S. Dept. of the Interior, under direction of Chief of Engineers,
U.S. Army, 1944.
Thank you very much!
Aloha,
Ross
