Hi Chris,
We've got an index for all the 1:62,500 sheets for the contiguous US and
Hawaii. A shapefile is available for download here:
http://maps.library.yale.edu/images/public/topoindex/United_States_62500K_Index_Shape.ZIP

And it's available as a KMZ here:
http://library.yale.edu/MapColl/files/kml/loaderKMZ.php?kmzFile=United_States_62500K_Index_Shape.kmz

Let me know if you have any trouble accessing them.
Best,
Susan

     All,

I am looking for an index to ALL the 1:62,500 (15') toposin GIS or
Google Earth format. I have found some for individual states, but I
need one for the entire USA.

I remember seeing one last year, but I can't remember where and I can't
     find it now.

     Many thanks in advance.
