Yesterday afternoon (July 26) we saw two adult Baird's Sandpipers at Reesor
Ponds in Markham north of Toronto, Ontario. Most of the Baird's seen in
southern Ontario are buffy and scalloped juveniles, which usually start
arriving in early to mid-August.
