Kazi;
It sounds like you are running in batch mode ("B" in command line) and the program is looking for the name of a batch file, which contains the list of experiments and treatments. If you want to run a specific experiment file and treatment, use the "C" run mode:

DSCSM045 C UFGA8201.MZX 1  (to run experiment UFGA8201.MZX, treatment 1).

If you want to run in batch mode use:

DSCSM045 B DSSBATCH.V45
Where DSSBATCH.V45 is the name of the batch file.

Regards,
Cheryl

Subject: running DSSAT on in batch mode on Linux

Dear All,

I got the following error message while trying to run the experiment UFGA8901.PNX for all 4 treatments in batch mode on Linux system -

Treatment not found. Please check inputs or input file.

File: UFGA8901.PNX Line: 18 Error key: IPEXP

Additional information may be available in WARNING.OUT file.

The WARNING.OUT file contains the same message.

I can run the model for each treatment separately without any error.

The same error message comes up for other experiments as well in case of simulating multiple treatments in batch mode.

Your help will be appreciated.

Regards - Kazi
