Dear everyone...

A question regarding biolistic tranformation of Tetrahymena MIC/MACs:

Does anyone have experience using the "small" gene gun: the Helios Gene Gun
from BioRad (that actually looks like a gun)to biolistic transform
Tetrahymena MIC and MAC nuclei ?

E.i. can the Helios gun be used instead of the larger stationary PDS-1000/He
System gene gun (BioRad) that is commonly used ?
