Hi Everyone,
Just having tried the new TGD tutorial, I can highly recommend a
pleasurable genome browse over your morning coffee. It can be
addictive to hunt for Tetrahymena orthologs of known genes in other
eukaryotes, or try to find the set of Tetrahymena proteins with a
particular functional domain.
In attempt to best serve the community, give the current browser
format a try and send your comments to the TGD curators
([log in to unmask]) so that they can incorporate
suggestions before setting up the next (final?) version. You can
make their day by asking for help: they know how to find stuff in the
genome!
You can also provide vicarious pleasure to the ciliate community by
sharing your victories over the list server ...
Happy surfing.
Kathy
