Dear Ciliate Researchers,

The TGD BLAST server is now available at
http://seq.ciliate.org/cgi-bin/nph-blast-tgd.pl

The four datasets presented for searching at this time are:

1. Tetrahymena thermophila DNA sequences
2. Tetrahymena thermophila protein sequences
3. Class Oligohymenophorea DNA sequences
4. Class Oligohymenophorea protein sequences

These datasets were assembled from international sequence databases
(GenBank, EMBL, DDBJ, RefSeq, SwissProt, PIR, PRF, and PDB) and can be
searched using WU BLAST 2.0.

We will be updating these files at least bimonthly to incorporate new
sequences submitted to these databases.  The TIGR T. thermophila
macronuclear genome sequence will be available soon.
