Hello all,
I’m working with a patron who is looking for historic congressional
district boundaries in a format that can be used in ArcGIS. NHGIS has
back to the 1987-1993, 100th-102nd Congress. Does anyone know of a
source of older congressional district boundaries?
Thanks,
Kathy Stroud
