Dear Julie,
I'm not especially a cartophilatilist, but more a cartifact collector,
but I suppose you can request such stamp-leaves from special philatelic
shops in the USA or contact the American Philatelic Society on
http://stamps.org/Home and hope they'll come up with an idea how to
pursue this.
With kind regards,
Jan

Jan,
Fantastic! Any way for we cartophilatilists to buy these from the
United States?
Best,
Julie

In June 2012, 135 years after its first publication, the Dutch postal
service launched a sheet of 10 stamps, containing 6 editions of the so
called "Bosatlas", published between 1877 and 2012; see
<http://persons.kb.nl/jsmits/cartifact/netherlands41.html>
It is now in its 54th edition under the title "De grote Bosatlas : voor
vmbo-havo-vwo" (ISBN 978-90-01-12600-1) and has had many derivatives and
foreign editions through the past years.
I wonder whether digital publications can/will also be (digitally)
honoured in such a way in the future!
