The National Library has just received its legal deposit copies of the
new 50-sheet Australian 1:1,000,000 topo series.
They look very nice.
They follow standard IMW sheetlines, and are long-awaited updates/new
editions to the previous 1:1,000,000 sheets which were last updated in
the 1980s I think.
Bathymetry is depicted and the EEZ boundary too. Due to this, the sheets
follow rigid IMW sheetlines (no specials) and some, such as Bodalla,
have very little land, and lots of sea.
You can download them at
https://www.ga.gov.au/products/servlet/controller?event=GEOCAT_DETAILS&catno=77429
or you can buy the print versions from GA or all good map shops for
$9.25 each.

Libraries will want the full set of course!

you're not allowed to talk in the library"
