not sure how "official" their products are, but the Institut de
Cartographie du Tibet = Tibet Map Institute at http://www.tibetmap.com
has cartographic materials for sale in various languages.
BTW, next time you're in Vancouver, check out a new Tibetan restaurant
here called Vancouver Tibet Kitchen http://vancouvertibetkitchen.com. I
ate there recently and loved the food and mappy placemats.
