Hi... 1) look at "GeoLyitcs"... the most important value-added dataset
we have... cheap...
2) I would budget for a few "high-end" machines to hold data and
programs. Perhaps a p/t line for gis/tech support (grad cs student)
such as creating a data archive.
3) are you gonna pay for university lic. for (I would guess)
ArcGIS ....
(Big bucks but lots of data and training comes with this...
4) a big printer... $14 K and etc... printing stuff...
5)a p/t student to manage the printer.... help researchers...
