Hi.
We are in the process of reconning a portion of our map collection and
have come accross some problems - I would appreciate any help.
What do you do if there are sets of maps that accompany a book? For
instance, if there is a publication that has a set of 10 large maps. Do
you house the maps in the map collection, or keep them with the report?
I would prefer to keep them separate. However, if the maps were smaller,
say, 8.5x11, I would keep them with the book.
I realize that the decisions regarding these materials are subjective,
but if anyone has any suggestions, or rules that are useful, I would
appreciated any suggestions.
Thanks!
Wendy
