Jordan,

If you are looking at whole farm modeling, you may want to look at IFSM
/DAFOSYM from USDA-ARS
http://www.ars.usda.gov/Main/docs.htm?docid=8519. It uses a mix of
models, including earlier versions of the CERES maize, wheat and barley
models as well as the CROPGRO/ SOYGRO soybean model, all of which are
parts of the DSSAT system. Even if you don't choose to use that model,
it might give you some ideas for integrating the newer DSSAT system into
your model.

Good luck,

Stu
