Hi,

A postdoctoral scholar here at the University of Chicago would very much like to get hold of
administrative maps (or, even better, GIS files) that would allow mapping of data in the
1971 and 1982 censuses. He is particularly interested in determining the location of third-order
(commune) and fourth-order (section rurale) boundaries. Apparently, these were somewhat
different in 1971 and 1982 than at the time of the 2003 census (the results of which can be
mapped with UN, GADM, and Haitian government GIS files).

I'd be enormously grateful for any kind of help here.

Many thanks.
