I think You have received the solution of your Problem , BUT If not cleared  , then Please kindly inform me . I can explain .I am a PhD student & Teaching Assistant in the Institute of Soil & Environmental Sciences , University of Agriculture , Faisalabad , Pakistan . I am also using DSSAT 4.0.1 .

however when i try to load this weather station in Xfiles, environment, fields, the station does not appear in the list.
(note I tried the refresh button)
