ALA Annual Conference GeoTech program will be held on Monday, June 27 from 1:30-3:30pm at Intercontinental Chicago, Camelot.

I have two speakers giving a presentations on options of making maps and geospatial data online. The actual titles of the presentations are below. The program is open to all the ALA conference attendees.

1. "The Growth and Development of the Alabama Maps Website: 2000 - 2004" by Craig Remington, Adjunct Assistant Professor and Cartographic Laboratory Supervisor, Department of Geography, University of Alabama.

2. "Distributing Geospatial Data on the Web: Lessons from CUGIR" by Gail Steinhart, a GIS and Spatial Data Librarian at Albert R. Mann Library, Cornell University.

Thanks.
