For Idaho, there is an excellent website for the Idaho Geological
Survey at:
http://www.idahogeology.org/
The digital geologic maps list for Idaho is at:
http://www.idahogeology.org/data/idgml.asp
We host the available Idaho Geologic GIS data with a clickable index map
for download the data at:
http://insideidaho.org/geodata/geologic/GeologicFindData.htm
There are also six (so far) beautiful geologic maps for northern Idaho
areas in .pdf format for viewing and printing at:
http://insideidaho.org/geodata/geologic/GeologicMaps.htm
The information on these websites are up dated often.
