1.  Please make sure that the format of your input files is correct.  You
can check this by graphing your data.  WeatherMan has a very nice graphing
utility.

2.  Use at least five years of historical weather data to generate climate
files.  20-30 years is better.

3.  Alpha will be 0 if you have NO RAIN for a given month for ALL years of
input

4.  Definitions of Alpha can be found in the WEATHER.CDE file that is part
of DSSAT v3.5

5.  Also, check the WM documentation of DSSAT
