I am running CERES-Maize DSSAT3.5. I have some problem in understanding the
meaning of some of the outputs in the OVERVIEW.out file. It seems that
Total biomass at harvest is the sum of Grain (dry weight) + Stalk, although
I suppose that this should include all the Biomass above the soil, like
Tops weight at maturity (CWAM)(Grain + husks+leaf+Stem, etc). In addition I
also suppose that Stalk at maturity should equal Stem weight (SWAD) and
this seems not to be true. I will appreciate very much any clue about this.
