Dear All:

In rice model, normally under flooded system, yield of rice even under 0 Nitrgen comes out to be very high even 5 t/ha which clearly indicates that the quality of flood contributed substantially N and C to the crop. It looks that that the rice model really does not take account of the quality of the irrigation water. Can you suggest me how to solve this problem ? Is there a way that can help to explain in the model input file?

Sincerely yours,
Kishore Sherchand
