Has anyone purchased the following  CD:  Carta Topografica.  Serie I
(Mexico) 1:1,000,000  If you have can you please answer the
following questions:

1.  Do municipio boundaries appear on the maps?
2.  Does the program allow a user to do any thematic mapping at all?
