In Tampa, Florida, i recently noticed at my Home Depot that only TSP

Is Lancaster within the Susquehanna River drainage? If so, maybe there are
some constraints on TSP due to the state of pollution of the Chesapeake Bay,
which the Susquehanna runs into.
