SINCE IT MAY OF SOME INTEREST TO THE PEOPLE ON THE LIST, WE ARE IN THE
FINAL STAGES OF SUMITTING A PROPOSAL TO FUND PUTTING THE BIBLIOGRAPHY UP AS
A SEACHABLE DATABASE ON THE WEB. THERE ARE NO PLANS TO PUBLISH A HARD COPY
AT THIS POINT, BUT THINGS MAY CHANGE DOWN THE LINE.
