AMERICAN MALACOLOGICAL SOCIETY
4-9 July 1999: Pittsburgh, PA, USA
1999 MEETING PROGRAM
The program (without abstracts) for the 1999 meeting of the
American Malacological Society is posted on the AMS website at:
http://erato.acnatsci.org/ams/
Final programs will be available at the meeting. The primary
symposium, New Looks at Old Mollusks, will kick-off the meeting
at 8:30am on 4 July at the Sheraton Station Square. Fireworks
over Three Rivers Stadium that night at the Presidential and
Symposium Reception. A dinner cruise on the "three rivers" will
round out the meeting on 8 July. Fossil and freshwater field trips to
some very exciting spots in western Pennsylvania will occur on 9
July.
