The Office of International Education is extending its deadline and
changing the conditions for our Work Study Awards. Applications for Work
and Study Abroad Awards can be submitted up until 5 p.m. this Friday, April
4. Students who receive the award will now only have to work for a total of
45 hours in the Office of International Education before June 30, 2003.

Work Study Abroad Awards - Application deadline extended until April 4, 2003

A new work-study funding opportunity for study abroad is now available for
students planning to study abroad summer 2003, fall 2003, AY 2003-2004 or
spring 2004 on either a UGA or a non-UGA program. The total award is $500.
Award winners will be required to do 45 hours of work for the UGA Office of
International Education by June 30. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or
permanent residents. Applications are due April 4, 2003 in 209 Barrow Hall.
