Dear Paul;-
        You're deliberately making things dificult. Tch, tch. I volunteer to be
the beaurocrat. My qualifications are that I know less than anyone about
the subject at hand, so I won't be missed doing the actual work. I am
quite willing to take credit for anything someone else does. I can make
instant decisions based on less information than might be required. And,
being somewhat retired, I am willing to appear at all functions other
than those at which a cross is burned.
