    Never apologize for poor English. We Americans don't speak it all
that damn well either. But, like Mary Poppins, we never apologize---never
explain!
    Just as a frinstance: what do you suppose "dengo beano" means?
    One of my students used it this way: Dengo beano tess today is they,
