Dear Conch-Lers -

I have just had a problem with my service provider.  A long list of over 20
Conch-L emails had just been downloaded when everything disappeared and a
sign came up saying there was a problem with the server. Happily it is now
up and running but all those emails are apparently gone forever.  So if
anyone of you is waiting for an answer from me, please ask your question
again; or, if you were sending me an answer, please repeat it.  OR if you
were offering me the gift of a world-record gem Cymatium armatum (with
operculum) feel free to call me collect.  Thank you.
