Dear David,

I can't believe it. $105 for this book! What a rip-off merchant!

The book is small size, 192 pages. The plates are mostly black and white,
for most part, the photography, or reproduction thereof, is pretty
atrocious, out-of-focus and with far too much contrast. I got a copy as a
present, I would not have bought it.

On Bibliofind a bookseller is offering it for $50. Even that is too much,
but, well, acceptable.

Don't buy it for $105, you'd be crazy
