This reminds me of Solem's new genus, new species from Fiji (1978 or 1982 I
believe). The genus was named after the Baa district of Fiji and Alan goes
on to say (and I paraphrase) "I was overcome with the irresistable impulse
to anme the species humbugi". So there really is a teeny charopid or
endodontid named Ba humbugi.
